We will repeat walk from 8//11, but new directions are below because the new parking lot is open:

travel north on State 89 til just before taughannock falls, turn left on GORGE rd.

Go to the top of the hill just past trail crossing there is zebra, about 25 yds later right turn into new parking lot which is for Black Diamond Trail, and North or South Overlook trails.

We will meet in the parking lot [about 60 slots]. Just to the right of building for black diamond trail, there is a machine to pay for parking. If you are of age you can scan the bar code on you new style, NY driver’s license or you can use an Empire Pass if you have one.

We will go south on Black Diamond for 30 minutes and return. For those who want we can check out the north trail down the falls canyon.
