Our Monday, August 18 walk will be at Cornell's Laboratory of Ornithology Sapsucker Woods as long as the day is dry.  We will walk across Sapsucker Woods Road from the Lab building on the Hoyt-Pileated Trail.  It is flat and mostly shaded and mulch covered.  Directions follow.  You will want to bring insect repellent.  The Lab building itself is not open on Mondays.  We will meet at the door of the building.

Please let me know if you will be joining the group.  Come at the last minute if your schedule changes.  If the walk needs to be cancelled or changed to the Shops at the Ithaca Mall or another location, I will email by 8:30 AM that morning.

Directions:
From the intersection of Route 13 and Triphammer Road, take Route 13 north.

At the light at the intersection with Warren Road, continue on Route 13.

Turn right at the first street, Sapsucker Woods Road.  There is a sign indicating the turn.

Follow the road to the parking lot in front of the Lab of Ornithology building.  We will meet under the roof outside the front door.
