A Talk at the Corners
Friday, August 29 at 2:00 PM
Stories about the old houses and the businesses at Community Corners in Cayuga Heights will be shared by Bea Szekely, LLH member and village historian of Cayuga Heights. We will meet in Marcham Hall, the Village of Cayuga Heights municipal building built by a granddaughter of university founder Ezra Cornell, and, weather permitting, go outside for a short walk if the group would like. Bea hopes she can show you how much fun she has researching the place where she loves living at home. Also open to the public, the event will be capped at 30 attendees, and registration is required. Do join us; a look at the Cayuga Heights History Project website may spark your interest: https://www.cayugaheightshistory.org/
