Foodnet Community Dining in Slaterville
Foodnet Community Dining Program
Call to reserve your meal at least 2 days in advance.
Participants are invited to gather in a community space to enjoy a meal provided by Foodnet and socialize with others. Social connection is known to enhance overall health as we age by reducing the negative health effects associated with feeling lonely or isolated.
The program offers the same complete, hot, nutritious meals menu as our home delivery service. Occasionally, there will enrichment opportunities or guest presenters who share information relevant to health and safety, such as free cancer screenings, scam awareness, etc.
