How much is membership?
Can be paid monthly or annually
Individual Membership
3 month trial FREE
12 month membership $39.17/mo ($470 annually)
Household Membership
3 month trial FREE
12 month membership $49.58/mo ($595 annually)
We accept payment annually, or monthly with a yearly commitment.

*access to property management:
LLH Members can join C.S.P. Management for $25/mo (paid directly to C.S.P. Management). This fee allows members to have access to C.S.P. Management for in home services at a discounted hourly rate.
